may update
just a quick little update in bullet points: • we are back from a 10 day family vacation in Turkey and it was really lovely! lot's of sunshine, tan lines, good food, beach and family time <3 • I had no problem keeping my goal to not eat any sugar while there - I didn't eat any ice cream or other delicious dessert *pat on the back for me! • I also managed to do sports in the hotel gym. I did miss my weighted vest, but did some incline walking on the treadmill instead. and I started Cheryl Coulombe's weight lifting challenge. • when we got back, I could directly dive into the most busy week of the year at work: Mothers day! I had to recover from that quite a bit :') • now that we are home again and I'm back into my usual training, I can feel that I'm getting stronger again. the progress is going up and down. some weeks I feel like om not progressing, other weeks I can definitely feel that I'm getting stronger! • I'm also at a point now where I have to start training differently.
