Inspired by Hakkerman's No, I Won't Buy You A Coffee, which inspired both Gordon's Yes, buy me a coffee and Michael's Re: No, I Won't Buy You A Coffee You don't have to stop at buying someone coffee when you can buy them so much more. You might not even need to buy them anything in the first place, though. What if you could just link them up with a suitable catalyst for their life, all for the price of free beer? I'm reminded of a Substack note that I can't find right now. Complete strangers on the street not only shared open roles with each other that needed filling, but soon discovered that they could fill those roles given their expertise. All that took was one of them instigating a conversation and them proceeding to express curiosity in each other, all while talking as if their conversation partner was already their friend. If that outcome can arise from that scenario, what greater outcomes could arise from similar ones, or even interfacing people closer to you than complete…
