You might know by now, if you’ve been keeping up with my articles this year, that I’ve become rather obsessed with Sony’s PSP. What started as a fascination purely with the hardware design has turned into a firm belief that playing games on their original hardware really does have something special about it. I used to think that idea was a bit of nonsense before picking up a few of these myself. After all, when I emulate PSP games on a retro handheld, I can upscale the image, save whenever I want, and play on an AMOLED screen.
