First, I reviewed a bunch of JRPGs from 1984-1990. Then I continued on with some more games. In this one, we almost begin 1990 proper! It’s the transition point between two console generations, so let’s see how the old hardware titles compete! Aside from what’s reviewed here, I also played a bit of Gokuraku Tengoku, Soapland Story, and Indra no Hikari. The last two are pretty terrible. Gokuraku Tengoku looks and sounds good, but it’s incredibly boring.
