David’s question was: If you could be transported back in history to a period of time, when would it be and why? Elena Rossini gave a great answer, and she surprised me when I read she “would not feel safe visiting a time before the 1970s”. As soon as David wrote it, he wanted to give his answer too. And, he did. Like David, I also wanted to answer that question. My answer There are many historical moments I would like to explore. David mentioned quite a few in his post. I could probably add many more. There was one person I would have loved to meet: Nikola Tesla. If I could make one change, it would be to persuade him to steer clear of Edison and the USA.
