This week note covers the week of 8th–14th June. Life# Last week was a little slow, in many ways. My health is improving, but I’m still not at a place to be able to do physical activities. I’m taking it slow, and mostly resting. I started doing regular meditation starting last week. It makes me feel calmer and more restful. I hope it aids in my recovery too. By the end of the week, I felt good enough to go out for lunch. After a gap of many months wife and I went out, to Burma Burma in Indiranagar. We had been hearing a lot of about it for a while, so we decided to give it a try. Also, because I didn’t want to take chances with non-veg restaurant food, which generally happens to be quite spicy. All the food we had was excellent, but the avocado-tofu salad was especially good. At the end we had some Japanese fruity tea for dessert, which was amazing too. Golden Fruity Tea I didn’t really walk much this week either. I tried to stay somewhat active, but not exhaust myself. Personal…
