Another one found at Evergreen Asian Market in Everett, Washington. I swear I’ve reviewed this already however I see nothing when I look it up. Weird… Vietnamese-made mie goreng for the Polish market. Let’s try it out! Vifon Mie Goreng – Poland A distributor / import sticker (click to enlarge). Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything and 150ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy! An instant noodle block. A sachet of powder soup base. A sachet of liquid base. A sachet of seasoned oil. A sachet of fried shallots. Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion. This was very odd. The noodle is broad and flat. Hydrated, to my chagrin. The flavor? Well, it had a slight broth to it. It was a kind of soy and sweet thing. This didn’t say mie goreng to me at all. Just didn’t seem like something enjoyable to me. 1.0 out of 5.0 stars.
