What have I been upto? Work has ramped up a lot (I’ve been booked up for May, and it’s likely I’ll be booked up for most of June), meaning some projects have fallen by the wayside a bit. The client in a field I like in the last update has ghosted me (seriously why do people ghost? We had a phone call and everything!), but I’m keeping my head above water. Thriving, almost. Had a hectic weekend. The first part was the Worsley Woods parkrun, a course that is close but I really want to do again as it’s so pretty. An out and back through some woodlands, a park and some nice quick straight bits. I have a really bad sense of smell, but the place had a strong smell of wild garlic, so if I could smell it, imagine how strong it is to people with working noses! I then followed it up with a bit of gardening, it’s not there yet, but it’s getting there. Finally Sunday was my first (weekend) cricket match. Our club Earlestown now has a third XI – a Sunday team where we can probably be a bit more…
