June 2026 Reading Plan, 5 days later

Well… the June Reading Plan, hasn’t, well, gone to plan! After finishing my latest Kindle Book (The Dictionary of Lost Words by Pip Williams), I was left without a book to read on my Kindle… (I didn’t factor this into my reading plan!) So, when left with no reading material, other than what was on my Kindle, I started a fresh book. One that wasn’t on my June plan, but one that I’d been looking forward to reading for a while now… That book is The Time Machine by H. G. Wells. As this book was first published in 1894, it is considered Public Domain, and so, is available for free over at Standard Ebooks and this is the version I have begun to read. At just 106 pages, it is a short read, and once I’ve finished, I’ll (hopefully) move onto something that was planned!
