The visible copy is rendering raw HTML tags instead of formatted text. That is almost certainly not Fable/Mythos “thinking weirdly.” It looks like a front-end / release-note rendering bug in the Claude macOS app update modal: some HTML/markdown-like payload was inserted into a UI component that failed to parse or sanitize/render it correctly.
