Nau maiYesterday we stopped off in the town of Cheektowaga to rest and recuperate. Vanilla Stallion was parked in the vicinity of the Home2 Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport/Galleria Mall when I awoke yesterday. The hotel stands on the edge of a large multiplex with temptations such as the Burlington department store with its always discounted clothing, and Powersports with an impressive range of hunting boats, fishing boats, and leisure boats laid out on the footpath in front of the store. I had breakfast on the opposite side of the multiplex at a restaurant called Panera Bread, ordering a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad and sitting outside in the warm, pleasant weather to enjoy it with a cup of their light roast coffee. After finishing my meal I went for a long walk, crossing west over Interstate 90 and witnessing the magnificent cloverleaf interchange with Walden Avenue.
