It’s the first time in a long while that I’ve had a fulfilling sleep at night. What helped apparently is exhausting yourself the entire day, drinking chamomile in the evening, and wearing your pajamas 3 hours before you go to sleep to condition yourself. These are not proven scientifically, but this is what happened last night. Might as well try it for luck again tonight. It’s now 9 AM, and I’m already working like a normal person. I have the mental space to plan, finally. It’s a happy Wednesday indeed.
