The covers proofs of the three new books we’re (rather impatiently) awaiting. Our printer is a bit more than a month behind right now, so the three new books that are gestating are overdue. They are, in order expected, Peter Follansbee’s “17th-century Essex County Cupboard,” our “Smalls” pocket book, and volume four of “The Stick Chair Journal.” We do not know when they will be in … so we’ll go with “much anticipated.” (That is a true statement no matter if they arrive this week or next month. We hope they arrive before next month.) Also delayed are reprints of the four Hayward volumes (we’re out of stock on two of them), the 18th printing of “The Anarchist’s Tool Chest” (fingers crossed it arrives before we run out of the 17th printing) and the eighth printing of “Doormaking and Window-Making” (out of stock in print).
