Nothing rare or cultivated here—I brought home whatever caught my eye on a slow walk this afternoon. The elderberry is nearly blooming, clover is everywhere, and grasses are beginning to catch the light. Even the sticks, turkey tail, and a half-eaten hickory nut seemed worth bringing home. A handful of the season gathered into one place. The post A Jar Full of June appeared first on Appalachian Ground.
