My braces came off today

Today I got my braces removed, the apointment was a lot faster than i anticipated. They just snapped the brackets off, cleaned the old glue off and took some molds for a retainer and took some photos. I went back that afternoon and got my retainer. There were 3 hours between the end of my apointment and actually picking up my retainer, while I was in the city It wasnt really feesible to just go home and then come back in the afternoon because home was 90 minutes away as it was. So I went out for lunch and tried a chicken calzone - which I now know I love, and it was very weird eating without braces. And then went for a walk around a park and did some photography and it had been 2 hours and there was litterally nothing else I could think of to do. So I spent another hour and 15 minutes in the waiting room, my phone had died so I got to read the readers digest magazine, this edition was printed in october of 2022 but somehow still felt like it was from the 80s.
