Dark and creepy forest photos in black and white

The clouds were thick and grey and the forest very quiet. The grey gloom of the evening prompted an experiment with the Camp Snap Pro and a thick red filter. I set the humble plastic camera to the black and white setting and accepted that the red filter would result in more digital noise and less light. A tangled whiplash of branches The photos are very dark and I’ve barely lightened them in editing. I’ve added film grain just to break up the digital noise.
