Empty

Normally at this time I would type up my week notes and post here. I have written them down on paper but the tank is empty. As a result of talking with my sponsor I think I have a better understanding of what made last week such a killer: lack of agency over my time. When over multiple days, this is a huge stressor for me; and this has been cumulative for months. This weekend has been great, but I haven’t been able to recover as normal. At least I can point to it now, and so have the possibility of managing it. << Previous >>
