A lot has already been said about project management, and plenty more will be said about it in the future. Still, let me add my two cents.Wikipedia defines a project as “a type of assignment, typically involving research or design, that is carefully planned to achieve a specific objective.” Project Management Institute describes it as “a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result.” And David Allen brings it down to earth: a project is “any desired outcome that requires more than one action step to complete.”I guess a project can be anything, really.
