As an Orlandoan, I’ve been to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure many, many times in my life. So has my spouse. But somehow, we didn’t manage to go there together until recently. We enjoyed a few of our old favorite rides, and then we made new friends over lunch. If you’re ever at Islands Of Adventure and you find yourself looking for a place to eat that’s cheaper than the restaurants with indoor seating but offers something other than a turkey leg, the Green Eggs And Ham Cafe in Seuss Landing is the place to go. Their main offerings are tater tot bowls with a few choices of topping. They do actually have a bowl with green eggs and diced ham, but ironically, I haven’t tried it yet. I can say that the buffalo chicken tot bowl is delicious, and so is the mini chocolate cheesecake that’s made to look like the green eggs and ham from the book.
