(image credit: McEwan Fraser Legal) It is well preserved, presumably because it has never been on the open market since it was constructed for renowned local artist and illustrator Norman Lee and his wife Eileen way back in 1964. A bold design, but I imagine there was a time it might have looked a little dated. Fast forward to the 21st century, and the obsession with all things midcentury modern makes this a very desirable piece of architecture.
