The document was written by Omar Shahine — Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Scout — whose name is on the document, on Microsoft's own Scout announcement, and on his biography on Microsoft's website, which reads: "Omar Shahine is a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft where he leads Microsoft Scout."Today, Satya Nadella told staff he is "not sure what this document is or who is writing and leaking this nonsense," per 404 Media.He then linked to a Futurism aggregation of the original 404 Media article instead of the actual piece.
