I started the day dusting off my Hollandaise making skills, it’s been a while since the last Eggs Benedict, but it made sense to do a proper breakfast for Kira on mother’s day. We had a lot of options, but landed on making a Portobello Benedict with a morel Hollandaise mostly because it was the first one I mentioned. I cooked the portobellos a little too long in the oven, but otherwise it turned out pretty good. The falls at Saxonville Mill After our decadent breakfast we planned some exercise. I’ve infected Kira with my desire to walk or run every street in Framingham1 so this morning we drove over to another part of town to explore a little. Kira walked around the new neighborhood and I got in a 10k run. I might have picked a different spot if I’d known how hilly it was, but we did luck out with some nice spring weather.
