Often I feel hampered from writing by the feeling that I have nothing to write about, or that the thing on my mind is too insignificant to warrant a whole post, but at the same time I feel an itch like I want to write, because I like writing. So this morning I’m just opening up my text editor and doing a stream-of-consciousness check in. To be honest, this is something I feel I could stand to do more often. I don’t normally approach blogging this way. Most of my posts start from one particular topic or thought which grows organically in my head until I have enough to say about it. But sometimes, you don’t have anything in particular you want to focus on. Sometimes, what’s on your mind is that you’re grateful for a Monday public holiday, and that all weeks should start this way. That your coffee is tasty today (and every day). That exercising first thing in the morning feels good after all, and you don’t know why this continues to be a surprise to you after you experience it over and…
