Making the Logo Grid Not Look Terrible

A horizontal banner at 939×348px. A square icon at 441×441px. A wide flat wordmark at 396×59px. A near-square emblem at 128×125px. All sitting in the same Figma frame, completely unnormalized, next to each other like they were collected by four different people who never spoke. That's what I started with.
