I’m looking forward to presenting at the Comics Studies Society conference next week in Columbus, Ohio. Unlike previous years, I’m a member of the CSS executive board, including the subcommittee that read all of the panel abstract submissions and juggled them into mostly coherent subtopics. I didn’t vote on my own anonymous submission, but I did suggest slotting it last in a late 20th history themed panel.
