Bill will be in court later this week. He's got a trial scheduled for June 4th, relating to his breach of a recognizance charge from last year (when he, Steve, and a few others "protested" at a Flato event where City Council members were scheduled to attend - y'know, people Bill has to stay away from). I've heard that most breach charges don't really go anywhere, but I live in hope - and if it does go somewhere, then his original sureties (his cousin and his wife) may find themselves somewhat poorer for it. Even if Bill turns this into a spectacle, the only people watching will be his friends in the courtroom, because the Zoom ban is still on for lower court appearances. At least that rules out the sort of circus antics we saw during his bail hearings. Probably.
