The Best Escape Rooms in the Netherlands

This article was originally published in May 2023, and was most recently updated in May 2026 Okay yes, so this is “The Escape Roomer” and yes, we almost exclusively review UK escape rooms. That is, barring the few awesome “play at home” ones which we invariably did play from the comfort of our homes here in the UK… But then sometimes you go on an ‘escape room road trip’ to another country and are just so downright blown away by what you experienced you immediately come home and open up a “New Post” to start writing about them. This is one of those times. At the time of writing we’ve visited The Netherlands 6 times for escape rooms. I’m sure this list of rooms will come as a surprise to absolutely no-one, since across those trips our goal was essentially to “play as many of the best escape rooms in the Netherlands as we possibly can“, but of course the landscape changes often, and as much as want to… I can’t play every room there is.
