Today we went to a market day held in a small nearby community. It seemed to be a monthly thing, plus I think they have some massive market once a year. Our main reason to go was to see if my workmate was going to be there. She's the newest member of our team. I was involved in the recruitment process to hire her. After her interview the boss and I looked at each other and said "she'll fit right in" And she has. It's actually been really good getting the right person who can hit the ground running and pick up everything all while being themselves. One thing we learned is that she has a cookie business. One where she takes orders, bakes them at home and either drops them off or people pick up from her. I got S some of them a while back and they were next level. They are so good. From conversations with the new worker it's probably because she doesn't use a master dough. She uses a specific one for each type of cookie she makes.
