I have managed to do a run everyday for 69 days with a total distance of 201 miles. 96 miles since retuning from California. My fastest 5k run of the year was a little over a week ago. My total time was 27:03 with a pace of 8:40/mile1. I don’t expect to beat that time again during my 100 days, but I’m hoping to use that pace for some longer runs. It isn’t hurting while I am running, but I can definitely feel it the next day. I’ve also scaled down those longer runs because I still have 31 days left to go and I don’t want to have to bench myself. The longest run I have done since returning from California is a 10k. All of my runs for the last month have been in Framingham and I have found some interesting corners of the town on my quest to run on as many streets as possible. I have now covered 37% of the streets, which is more than all…
