Time for something spicy from South Korea for the US market. Definitely a clone but I must say I’ve been rather impressed with the Harim varieties I’ve tried recently. Found this at Boo Han Market on 99 in Edmonds. Let’s cook! Harim Bul Sauce Stir-fried Ramen – United States Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 5 minutes in 600ml water. Drain saving 8 spoons water (8*15ml=120ml = about a half cup). Add in sachet contents and water and stir fry 30 seconds. Finally, stir and enjoy!
