Another short one. Another work week. This time with three mornings instead of just the usual two, and one of them extra early because apparently the game was being shown on NBC/Peacock and they wanted it at an earlier time. For whatever godforsaken reason. So I had to wake up at 10am on Sat, 7am on Sun, and then 9am on Wed. Mornings are so fucking brutal and not having to wake up in the morning is one of the reasons why I took this job in the first place!! Fortunately, while next month will be some really long work stints none of those stupidly early games. I am taking Sat June 6th off work to go to TCAF Saturday. I haven't even looked at the exhibitors or events. It doesn't mean as much to me as it used to, but I still feel like it is an important date in my calendar that I can't miss out on. It feels good to be surrounded by freaks and geeks, even if I don't know anything about the comix and manga scene now. For my week off now I have to catch up on household chores and try to…
