This week note covers the week of 4th–10th May. Paris? Paris! Life# After a gap of three weeks, I finally felt recovered enough last week to be more physically active. I was able to hit the gym twice, and also go for a run after a break of a whole month. I also walked 20kms. It was nice to feel the energy back in my body. The downside was the soreness and exhaustion I felt most of the time. I barely could do anything else outside work. I wasted a lot of time staring at the screens before I finally got so fed up on Saturday that I went for a long walk. It was just before the rains and the weather was amazing. The walk refreshed me and brought me out of the zombieness. I seem to be going through some sort of SAD spell, most likely due to the summer heat making me unable to do fun things outside. There is only so much staring I can do into my void of screens. Hopefully, the rains are here to stay and cool it down a bit. I really want to get back to my 10000 steps per day. Current daily…
