I don't have a lot of room in my workshop, so I need to make the most of the space. I have six of these Pinnacle Benchtop Organizers:Pinnacle OrganizerIt would be convenient to have them all facing the right way on my shelves, but I decided to turn them sideways and slide them out to save space. I attached sliding drawer rails to them to make this more convenient.It was a bit tricky to figure out how to do this. The bottom of the organizer looks like this:Bottom of organizerI cut up a sheet of hardboard and attached the pieces to the organizer using metal screws.Wood base screwed onto organizerThen I was able to attach the drawer slides to the piece of wood.Drawer slides installed on organizerAll six sliding organizers installed on the shelfI was worried about the weight when pulling them out, but they seem to be fine.
