Over the last month I ran 45.4km (28.21mi)!!! What a journey it was and still is. I found something that I enjoy in my life once again, this time benefiting mainly my physical health, but also partly mental too. Which was very much needed, because I’m living a mainly sedentary lifestyle as of lately, so at least I have that. I ran Rossmann run as intended and I did a 5k in 34minutes. I probably could’ve gotten a better time because I ramped up my pace for the last km by a large margin, but for a first 5k run I’m not complaining :P When I’ll be able to run further distances I’ll probably do some trail running and racing 5k for that dopamine boost to satisfy my past self that placed second in voivodeship once during a 300m sprint. Anyways, just wanted to yap about that. That’s pretty much it. If any runners reading this I’d be happy to hear your tips!
