Add in sachet contents and boil 2 more minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy! One of those servings of udon. A sachet of soup base powder seasoning. A sachet of liquid soup base. Finished (click to enlarge). Added basil, scallion, and sesame seed. Udon is thick and chewy – really top notch. The tomato rides a thin line between creamy and that fresh tomato acidity.
