Today I woke up, scrolled through my phone, decided to skip my run because it was raining, then spent the extra time in my bed before slowly getting up, brushing, and sitting down to alternate between talking to claude and scrolling reels. Two days ago I woke up, didn't look at my phone, went to the gym and did a nice workout before coming home, drinking a coffee and going to the office. I felt great. I hate the self improvement "the BEST way to live your life and micro optimize your mornings" but there's still a kernel of truth behind all of it, huh?
