Caramelized banana cake recipe I promised in this post. Ingredients 1 bunch of bananas; 2 cups of sugar (1 for the batter and 1 for the caramel); 2 cups of flour1; 3 tablespoons of butter; 1 cup of milk; 3 eggs; ½ cup of water (for the caramel); Preparation Method Caramel Melt 1 cup of sugar and add ½ cup of hot water and stir until caramel forms; Pour into the pan and let cool; Batter Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside; In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, butter, and remaining sugar until smooth; Add the flour and milk and mix well, finally add the beaten egg whites and mix again; Once the caramel has cooled, place the sliced bananas on top, then pour the batter over them; Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown; Note¹: You don't need to grease the bottom of the pan, only the sides; Note²: I advise against letting the cake cool too much, otherwise the caramel will harden in the pan; This is one of my favorite cakes, I hope you like it!…
