There’s a cat rescue in this area called Purrs and Whiskers. They're having an auction to raise money towards the end of May. A friend of mine put the bug in my brain to donate some art to them. I haven't touched my pastels in years, so today I picked out a few, sat down, and did a small cat's eye study. I'm quite happy with how it turned out! I don't know if I will submit this to the auction (I probably will), but I'll definitely frame it up. It's about 4" x 3" on Ingres paper.
