hello my little sea slugs (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡ so… i had these grapes sitting in my fridge for a long time… just quietly waiting (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) but they were starting to look like they might go bad soon… and i thought… maybe it’s time to revisit jam ♡ i washed them, simmered them down, drizzled honey and sprinkled a cup sugar on top… and it looked so pretty… like a soft layer of snow resting over tiny jewels (｡˘︶˘｡)♡ it took a while to thicken… almost 45 minutes of just watching, stirring, waiting (≧ω≦) but slowly… it started to come together… and it’s looking really good so far ♡ and finally… i have revisited my almost jam fail… and this time… i conquered it (≧◡≦)☆ so i hereby present to you… my finished grape jam ♡ good night, my little sea slugs ♡ may your dreams be soft, slow, and just a little bit sweet (｡˘︶˘｡)☆
