Over the years, Hamster has acquired the catalogues of several defunct companies including Nichibutsu, Athena, UPL, Video System, Allumer, and NMK. These acquisitions have given it a small handful of fairly well-known titles, some intriguing games that flew under the radar, and a lot of useful filler to deploy in order to keep up its brisk release pace. It looks like Console Archives is going to follow a similar pattern.
