Hey people! Guess what?! Last night, I cancelled my ChatGPT Plus subscription! ChatGPT’s been increasingly getting on my nerves I think ever since GPT 5 was born, but lately, I feel like GPT has got a proper case of AIzheimer’s or something. On one hand, apparently it’s getting so much better at all those benchmarks that AI geeks like to compare between models and can do all sorts of stuff, but, curiously, it seems to come at a cost, because, at the same time, at least in my experience, it seems to be regressing at all the basic things that even its great-grandfather GPT 3.5 could do not too shabbily. What bugs me the most is probably the fact that its outputs have become strangely unreliable from session to session; it feels properly unstable. One thing I used to use ChatGPT for, for example, was socionics deep research, where I’d ask it to accumulate as much socionics knowledge as it could and type a specific person by gathering as many sources as possible about them and drawing…
