Customizing the Font in Firefox Reader View

I was surprised to learn that there was no easily found way to customize the font inside Mozilla Firefox’s Reader View. However, you can indeed do it by using the Configuration Editor (advanced preferences) or by having a custom style sheet file named “userContent.css”, which might not exist on your system. Yet.
