Here’s another found at Boo Han Market in Edmonds, Washington. I generally like rapokki but jjajang I’m honestly hit or miss with. Guess we’ll find out, eh? To prepare, add everything in and 150ml room temperature water Rest lid on top loosely and microwave 3.5 minutes at 700W. Finally, stir and enjoy! An instant noodle block. Tteokbokki! A sachet of sauce base powder. Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, sesame seed, fishcake. This is one that blew up in the microwave. The tteokbokki was great, noodle was hydrated as well. The boiling overr in the microwave was a little surprising.
