Good afternoon wonderful people inside of the internet and welcome to the end of another week on planet earth! As with last week, most of the time i’ve been spending writing my thesis, rehearsing for a concert i’m performing in next week, and helping my girlfriend prepare to move to another city. We did find the time to watch quite a few films this week: Happy Together, Four Lions, A Beautiful Mind, and Jeune & Jolie, of which Four Lions was the clear standout. This week i’ve also been trying out vaultwarden, a self-hostable bitwarden server, for my passwords. I’ve been using keepassxc for ages, but it doesn’t work so well with multiple devices. I’m not sure if i’ll stick with vaultwarden; although it works well on mobile, the desktop app is a pretty terrible electron wrapper, while keepassxc is a high quality qt app (although it sadly has still not made the move to qt6).
