Hello. This is a quick note just to say: while i previously wrote that i did not want to change the backend of this website until 2027, writing more has made the current method of generating the site somewhat less sustainable than i would like. That is to say, making tiny changes is a bit of a headache, and the build process takes several minutes which, for a site of text pages, is a little frustrating. At the moment as i have some more free time, i’m starting to experiment with changing the backend, but i’m not planning on doing a migration any time soon. What is going to happen for the time being, however, is that i will stop uploading film posts. The way that i want to store them doesn’t fit into the way that they are currently stored, so i am going to start storing them in the new way. I will keep writing them but not sharing them. Sorry for the inconvenience! I hope that everyone’s week is going well.
