Hello wonderful people inside of the internet and welcome to the end of another week on planet earth! This will not be too long as i am very tired and want to go to bed, but i wanted to write this before the day is up. This week we watched three films: the handmaiden, the president’s cake, and johnny mnemonic. Johnny Mnemonic was clearly the best film out of the bunch, even if not everyone present is likely to agree with that. The three most listened to albums were Mika’s The Origin of Love, Oasis’s (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, and Ed Sheeran’s ×. All in all a very british week for music. In terms of reading, i read almost the whole of Lucy Leonelli’s A Year in the Life: Adventures in British Subcultures. It was okay, and i will probably share some more thoughts on it later. I also read another short story in Zhu Wen’s I Love Dollars: And Other Stories of China. I have to say, i really like Zhu Wen. He reminds me of a more contemporary, more chinese version of Oscar Wilde or…
