I always wanted to break 1h10, but never really succeeded. Until, 2 weeks ago. Following my personal best on the 10k in March, I succeeded on this 10mile event breaking my 1h10 barrier, with a finishing time of 1h09min05s. So this event was just a check-up of how my fitness is progressing. And with this, I know I'm doing well. Speaking of marathons and April 26th, on this day at the London marathon, also a barrier was broken. Sabastian Sawe finished in a record time of 1:59:30, finally breaking the 2h mark. Maybe you've seen it. Or heard about. Iโฆ
