I know Pinterest has had a bit of a hit over the last few years with the amount of adverts and AI generated stuff on there, but I've had a bit of a creative resurgence because of it. My approach has started to take on a similar aspect as what I'm doing right here on the blog, which is that I want to enjoy it and I have the freedom to do what I want, even if I'm the only one who wants to see (or appreciate) it. If you have a look at my art page, you'll see that I very much have a passion for abstract art and typography. To the point that I've started trying to combine them a little more now, along with that, it's fair to say my inspiration is clearly from grunge, punk and graffiti. These are all things I've been able to search and appreciate through Pinterest and has allowed me to start finding new and interesting artists and creatives to follow. That's perhaps been my biggest annoyance, I don't want to use the cesspool that is Instagram and I had no idea how else to go about finding…
