Now that I am juggling ten 100 day habits at once I’m starting to evaluate the sanity of this project. The numbers are definitely slipping for a couple of them. Running and Blogging are the only ones with perfect records so far. But it could have been worse. Top Ten Rejected 100 Day Habits No Meat – I considered this one for a while and eventually talked myself out of it. The dieting was already going to be hard and no meat would be a big change in out diet. No Beef – This was going to be the compromise when I decided not to do No Meat. I think it would have easier than some of the other habits I landed on. This was on my list for a long time and I switched it out at the last minute for the reading one I think. I had probably started the diet already and didn’t want another food restriction. No Sugar – I didn’t consider this one for very long. Giving up sugar is supposed to be a great for both your physical and mental health, but I just couldn’t do it. Being able to still have a…
