Ya, that's right. I'm funking old. My sister texted me, so that was nice. One of my closest family members growing up, since my eldest two siblings were 4 and 6 years older than me, I spent the most cognitive time with my next oldest sister. Anyways, due to weird family circumstances, she's removed herself from the family, so I haven't heard from her for ~2 years. Anyways, my wife's bestie, who I used to race mountain bikes with, is in town, so we have been having soooo much fun. She is an absolute riot to hang with, and is smart, and outspoken, so its a joy to get to spend time with her. My birthday has been amazing. Buffy literally put this little party together and did so much work getting everything ready. Groceries, cake, homemade icecream... All my kids came over, and it was just pure joy to hang with everyone for the entire afternoon. And, I did a bunch of yardwork throughout the week to get the yard ready, so it looked okay... Good enough.
